Job Description

Flowtale is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior/Lead AI Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering with a specialized focus on AI technologies. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of innovative software solutions as web-services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of AI-driven software solutions for customers as well as internally
• Be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Manage the complete software development lifecycle, from inception to deployment.
• Utilize Python to develop robust and scalable applications.
• Implement version control practices using Git and GitLab.
• Collaborate within a small, agile team environment to drive project success.
• Independently study and implement solutions based on software documentation.
• Follow and apply architectural design principles to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of developing and releasing products.
• Proficiency in Python, with a deep understanding of its libraries and frameworks.
• Strong experience with version control systems, especially Git and GitLab.
• Capability to design and deploy complete web-service solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for learning and implementing new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• A couple of years in a senior software engineering role.
• Experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
